Horace Carter who was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for Meritorious Public Service in 1952 for his work championing social justice. This privately-held company is now over 75 years old and continues to be led by the Carter family. Horace's son, Rusty, serves as CEO today and his grandson, Wes, serves as President. is in the unique position to drive real outcomes in our mission.
